WATER PUMP HOUSING KITS These kits contain all the necessary parts to completely service the water pump system. They include gaskets, o-rings, grommets, water tube guide, impeller plate, impeller base plate and housing. We have these components available individually or in a complete kit. The pump housings are manufactured using similar dimensions and material as the Original Equipment. Most of our impellers feature stainless steel or brass inserts to insure top quality performance during operation.
IMPELLERS
Impellers are the heart of the water pump within a cooling system in an I/O or O/B application. They pump fresh water, via lake, river, etc., circulate it through the engine and then expel it back into the body of water. These impellers are available separately or in kits (w/gaskets). All are made of nitryl or neoprene rubber. Most have a brass insert to eliminate corrosion problems. Recommended replacement schedule is every 3 years for fresh water and every year for salt water.
